We try to create a relaxing and stress-free environment, so we do ask that you please silence your cell phone prior to entering the spa.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Late arrivals can not be guaranteed a full length service, however, a full service charge will apply.
For the safety of your children, they must remain with a parent at all times.
In consideration for staff, as well as time reserved, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Group bookings shall require 72 hours notice.
Some spa services may require a valid credit card upon booking. A "no show" will result in a full charge of services.
Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. We do not charge services to your room account.
Our spa personnel graciously accept gratuities but can not be added to credit card charges. There is an ATM located in the hotel lobby for your convenience.
Please note that gift certificates can not be used as, nor do they include gratuities.
